Methi Mutter delight


Methi leaves - Washed and shredded 2 cups

Green peas - 1 cup

Onion - 1 cup

Green chillies - 4 Nos.

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoonful

Cashew nuts - 8 whole ones

Milk - 1 cup

Cream - 1/2 cup.

Salt to taste

Method:

Cook the methi leaves and peas with salt.
Fry the chopped onion till they are transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Grind the onion mixture with the green chillies and cashew nuts.
Add to the cooked vegetables.
Add the milk and cream.Bring to boil.
Add salt if needed
